Jolyne Kujo

Jolyne is the daughter of Jotaro Kujo and activated her Stand, Stone Ocean, while in a prison. A somewhat bitter woman that is seen as a delinquent, she committed crimes for the attention of her father, who seemingly just ignored her. Arriving from the Collider, Jolyne is fiercely determined to stop whoever is behind all of this.

Jolyne's versatile moveset allows the player to either use Stone Free's power with Jolyne's to create a combined powerful force or use Stone Free as a puppet that Jolyne can use for speed and recovery. She utilizes string in almost all aspects of her special moveset, but can use her own strength to attack as well.

Gimmick: Stone Free

Jolyne has two different movesets that depend on whether Stone Free is considered "on" or "off". When Stone Free is "on", they are visible on the stage and can act with Jolyne or act somewhat like a puppet character. When Stone Free is "off", Jolyne can utilize it's powers for herself only and summon Stone Free to attack. To swap between the two movesets, Jolyne must guard and then tap the special attack button. The "off" moveset is stronger attacks at the cost of recovery and speed, allowing Jolyne to use physical attacks with her stand as well as set up traps. The "on" moveset allows for great recovery and speed options, but isn't as physically powerful and requires Jolyne to work in tandem with Stone Free as a puppet fighter.
Off Moveset

Whatever it takes to win!
Jolyne turns around and performs a downward reverse kick to deal 6 damage, before summoning Stone Free to do the same for 8 damage. The second hit by Stone Free knocks the opponent down. Jolyne can immediately move and use her attacks after her first hit as well as buffer moves during the first animation.
Sweet dreams, creep!
Jolyne summons Stone Free as the both of them rapidly kick in unison, the final hit sending the opponent flying. Deals a total of 11 damage but cannot be cancelled. Blockable on the first hit, but once you've been struck once, you can't guard out of it.

String Barrier
Jolyne creates a standing wall of string as a trap that will damage the opponent for 8 damage if they come in contact with it and destroy the wall. It can nullify most projectiles but has 25 "health". Jolyne is able to move through the barrier without disarming it. Only one String Barrier can be on the field at a time.
The best angle to strike from!
Jolyne sends out a string along the ground that stretches for three to five character lengths If the opponent touches it, Jolyne wraps them up before summoning Stone Free to pummel them, sending them flying for 10 damage. This is a low attack that cannot be blocked if the opponent is not crouching.
On Moveset

Stringing me for a ride!
Jolyne can immediately string herself back to Stone Free's position wherever Stone Free happens to be, allowing Jolyne to use her as a recovery. Flick the control stick to have Stone Free swing Jolyne while attached via string to toss her into foes for 6-9 damage depending on how much momentum Jolyne has built up.
Don't wait, just attack!
Stone Free sends a punch at an upward diagonal angle, using string to extend it's arm for up to seven character lengths. If it connects, the opponent is put into a knockdown state and is dealt 11 damage. It doubles as an anti-air. Tap the attack button to have Stone Free slam the opponent in the ground to bury them.

With my string!
Jolyne and Stone Free shoot string upward, before pulling themselves up by the ceiling (regardless of whether or not the stage has a physical ceiling). This can be used as a recovery move. Tilt the control stick to swing to deal 4-7 damage as you ascend. When Jolyne hits the ceiling of the stage, her horizontal momentum is canceled out, so you may want to cancel early during the apex of a swing.
So you're the enemy, huh?
Stone Free rapidly punches the opponent, causing them to fly away for 7 damage. Hold the button to augment Stone Free's range. If used while Stone Free is in the air, they will punch downwards, knocking the foe down to the ground. Jolyne is unable to move if the player holds down the button for this move.
Don't Need Strength to Block with String
Level 1
Jolyne hangs a string from her finger in front of her as a trigger. If the opponent hits her with a attack, Jolyne will automatically dodge and has Stone Free teleport behind the opponent to unleash a series of punches that cause them to fly for 15 damage.
Balls Deep!
Level 2
Jolyne pulls out a baseball, before Stone Free tightly wraps its string around it. Stone Free takes the ball and throws it. If the opponent is hit, Stone Free will follow up by rapidly hitting them with the ball exactly 1,000 times, dealing a total of 30 damage.
Time to Retire!
Level 3
Jolyne throws out a fishnet of string that wraps around a opponent. If successful, Jolyne kicks the opponent in the tightened fishnet and then has Stone Free attack with a flurry of punches before following up with a heavy punch that sends them flying for 50 damage overall.

Saul Goodman gives a testimony for his client.
Your honor, my client was thrown into jail by a crap lawyer who tricked her into accepting a plea bargin for a crime she didn't commit, winding her with 15 years due to not being able to understand the intricatices of the plea bargin. Since she didn't do the actual crime, which was running over and killing a man with a car, as her boyfriend Romeo was the one in the car, I suggest that her time in prison has already been served well enough for hiding the body. She should be let free and seen as innocent, thank you very much.
