Babidi

Babidi is a wizard that is the doppelganger of the original Bibidi who is looking to awaken the ancient power of Buu. It's very easy to see why: most of the characters that Babidi has under his beck and call are not actually that powerful despite first appearances. He is a commanding coward who eliminates anyone he doesn't like and mostly hides behind his minions.

Babidi is a weirdo fighter that utilizes magic spells in his moveset that deal low damage but inflict various statuses onto his opponents. As such, Babidi can be truly annoying to fight at times because of how his power can halt opponents over and over. Babidi's primary weaknesses are his floaty weight, which is accentuated by his jump hold, which makes him easy to launch, and the fact his attacks don't deal much damage or knockback. Due to his status-inflicting attacks, opponents may wanna stay away from Babidi due to his options for dealing with them. He also has a great defensive option that drains meter.

Moveset
Float
Babidi's aerial properties are completely unique among all fighters in that he does not have a normal jump. When he begins his fight in battle, he is roughly a character height above the ground in a float. When he gets knocked to the ground, he will get up close to the ground before rising up slowly. Babadi can jump again to quickly gain his float and jump once again to move through the air like most normal characters, but will stop as soon as he moves to his normal floating height. Crouching allows him to move back to the ground but he does not gain a crouching hitbox.
Sticky Bomb
Babidi flicks a flashing blue and red orb into a small arc, which either breaks when it touches ground or sticks onto a opponent if it makes contact with them. When it sticks to them, Babidi can either then hit the special button again to detonate it for 5 damage or wait for it to explode to deal the same amount of damage. The bomb cannot be removed but can be neutralized by other attacks. Curse Skull
Babidi releases a skull projectile that goes in a downwards diagonal direction. When it makes contact with a opponent it has a Makai Spell effect on them, transforming them into a demonic form and opening them heavily to attacks. If it touches the ground, it breaks harmlessly. Babidi is unable to move during the first 20 frames of this attack.
Magma Bulb
Babidi creates a bulbous fireball above him that deals 6 damage and the burning effect onto foes. A super effective anti-air and will rise him quickly to his regular floating height if he was knocked to the ground. You can cancel it into a taunt, although to be honest, this seems really uneffective as the taunt is usually longer than the duration of this attack. Wizard Barrier
Babidi puts a green bubble barrier that allows him to protect himself at the cost of Finisher meter, which it will drain at 1 point per 30 frames. Prevents Babidi from moving at all and will keep him stationary even on moving surfaces. Completely halts momentum. The barrier can break against immensely powerful energy projectiles.
Finishers
Yakon Slasher
Level 1
Babidi summons Yakon, who slashes across the screen for 3 fiery hits, back and forth with his arm blade, dealing a total of 15 damage. Has very little start up and darkens the background when he appears.
Dabura Spitter
Level 2
Babidi summons Dabura, who spits on a opponent to petrify them and turn them into stone for 30 damage. The spit is shot at a downward diagonal at a straight forward angle, but Dabura appears above Babidi so it has a longer range than his Curse Skull which has a similar pattern for it's attack.
Super Enchanter
Level 3
Babidi shoots an energy orb around the stage that sucks in a single opponent with a black hole effect. When sucked in, the opponent is bombarded a variety of elemental attacks inside Babidi's crystal ball that deals a total of 50 damage. The opponent drops down onto the stage either frozen, shocked, or burning.

Testimony
Saul Goodman gives a testimony for his client.
Your honor, my client may have unleashed a ultimate evil- but it was through the power of friendship that we found out this scary "Buu" guy wasn't so bad after all. So in reality, Babidi unleashed a greater good than he did evil- after all, everyone that died from the attack also came back, so it's hard to really argue that he did untold damage.
Torture
When Babidi is caught by Posion, Poison wraps her whip around his neck and proceeds to decapitate him, inflicting 45 damage as Babidi grumbles and puts back on his head, saying those kind of cheap tricks won't work on him anymore.
R-Action
When Ralsei encounters Babidi, he offers him candy which causes Babidi to recoil in horror and inflicts Nightmare and causes him to sprain his elbow to deal 11 damage to him.
