Flight
|
When Celzuli double jumps, she enters into flight mode, allowing her to fly around and perform attacks while in the air. When Celzuli gets hit, she spins to the ground in a helpless state. She can also drop down by holding the down button.

Celzuli can speed forward with a rainbow energy pulse coming off her. Deals no actual damage, just speeds her up in the air. If she's hit in this state, when she hits the ground she'll be inflicted with the Break effect.

|
Celzuli lunges forward with a red demonic blade, copied from Janemba, dealing 13 dark damage on hit and deflecting projectiles throughout the entire animation. It also inflicts Umbra if sweetspotted. Celzuli can use this to close space between her opponent(s) or utilize it to clear projectiles out of her way. Has some endlag.

Galick Kamehameha
|
Celzuli utilizes a combination of the Galick Gun and Kamehameha copied from Gogeta, dealing 17 damage on hit and inflicting Solar on impact. This beam also inflicts 3 damage per 20 frames for opponents caught up in the blast. It goes completely horizontal, reaching to the edge of the screen. Has a fair bit of build up and start up.

Spirit Bomb Absorption
|
Celzuli generates a Spirit Bomb above her head, this technique being copied originally from Super Saiyan Goku. This allows her to create a orb of energy before it emerges down onto her, absorbed into her being. She is able to power one of her attacks to deal 3x as much damage as normal- and this even can be chained into moves from her other moves from her Blight Bastions and Beyond movesets.

Transfiguration Beam
|
Celzuli fires a beam from her finger that inflicts 7 candy damage and turns the opponent into a Gobstopper. This move is copied from Majin Buu's original form, Innocent Buu. Holding down lets her extend how much time the opponent is kept as candy- from 4-9 seconds total.

Tri-Beam
|
Celzuli locks her hands into a triangle and fires a triangular energy beam that folds out into a cubic laser, dealing 3 damage on loop for each 10 frames that a opponent is trapped in it before inflicting knockdown onto the opponent. Has Solar effects that stack onto the opponent. Copied from Tien.

Destructo Disc
|
Celzuli throws a destructive disc of energy that pierces through guards and deals 11 light-based damage with Bleed. The disc has higher velocity and momenteum when initally thrown and drifts off into the background after the furthest part of it's horizontal arc. It has a somewhat unwieldy turn to it's projectile path that can make it difficult to land on opponents but it's high damage output is worth the hassle. This attack is copied from Krillin.

Solar Flare
|
Celzuli sticks out her hands and releases a solar flare that deals 8 ambient light damage and inflicts Dizzy and one level of Solar on nearby opponents. Celzuli can use this to confuse her opponents and make getaway or launch into a combo string. Taken from the original Cell's data of Piccolo's use of the move.

Devilmite Beam

Copied from Spike the Devil Man, the Devilmite Beam utilizes the opponent's negative energy to channel into a attack that either does 1 damage or 35 damage depending on whether the opponent is Jokerized or malicious to the point of being immune to Jokerization, in which it will do max damage- or if the opponent is pure good, it will do minimum damage.

Celzuli charges an aura around them to match one of the 12 elemental states that she wants to switch to and then pressing the button again will release a elemental move from the list below. Charge up the move while in a gaurding state to use a EX Version, which a more powerful version of the move that drains half of active aura time. Each elemental aura is active for 14 seconds, shaved down each time Celzuli uses a EX Version of a move.

Woohoo Whirlwind
|
Copied from Homer Simpson. Celzuli swings her arms around while moving forward, with heavy superarmor during the three swings and can ascend upwards while in the air, making this effective for recovery, even if the vertical height gained is actually fairly minimal. It deals 4 damage on start and 3 damage on loop until the opponent exits from the animation or Celzuli swings three times.

Save State

Copied from Velocity. Celzuli sets a point to teleport to whenever she uses this move- hold down the button to set a new save state instead of using the existing one. Only one save state can exist per Celzuli. While powerful as a recovery, it's incredibly predictable for opponents.

Doppel-Guard

Copied from Jake the Dog. Celzuli creates a Doppel-Guard by stretching out her tail and forming it into a doppelganger of herself using shapeshifting. This Doppel-Guard takes halved damage and responds to the player's inputs but has to stay localized on the ground, throwing out simple punches and uppercuts that deal 4 damage.

Copied from K'. Celzuli releases a short range explosion that knocks down opponents and deals 11-13 fire damage with the snap of her fingers and inflicts Burn. Celzuli can use it very quickly but it has limited range, being about a character length and a half away from her. As such, she needs tight spacing to use it properly. The EX version explodes much bigger and deals more knockback but doesn't deal more damage.

Infinity Dousing Apparatus

Copied from Patricia Wagon. Celzuli shoots water from her palm, which comes out as six water projectiles that rapidly fall, splashing against the ground. Water projectiles deal 3 damage each and inflict Wet. on hit. It can't be aimed and has a fierce downward angle although can cover a greater area. It's also good for anti-ground while Celzuli is in the air. The EX version releases as a jet of water that deals 15 damage and Wet.

Copied from Livewire. Celzuli charges up electricity in her hands before releasing it to deal 6-17 wind damage depending on how much it's been charged before release. It also inflicts Shock on hit. While actively charging, she can absorb projectiles to charge faster. Celzuli can be safely attacked from the back or with physical attacks, although electrical physical attacks will also charge her as well. The EX version charges instantly and releases as a large electric projectile that Shocks and magnetizes opponents to the projectile, which deals 25-28 damage. Goes out 8 character lengths.

Copied from Kamen Rider Jeanne. Celzuli fires off a green energy shot that deals 7 Earth-based damage per shot. Charging it allows for red energy to enter the fold, allowing for explosive shots that deal 11 damage on hit, potentially dealing up to 20 damage based off the explosive charge. The EX Version charges instantly and will collect ground off the stage, allowing it to become even more powerful, dealing 11 damage at minimum and 27 damage at maximum. It also Buries opponents it travels through.

Copied from Luz Noceda. Celzuli activates a Light Glyph, creating a orb of light that inflicts 5 light damage and the Solar effect. It stays active for ten seconds or disappears if four orbs of light are already active. It can be dispersed safely with a projectile attack or mid-ranged melee attacks with weapons. The EX Version deals 10 light damage and explodes into beams of light that spin rapidly across 8 character lengths in radius, inflicting Solar additionally.

Copied from Nyx. Celzuli attacks with a dark crystal projectile that deals 6 dark damage and she can spam up to three at once. When Celzuli strikes a opponent from behind, it does 10% more damage from behind, inflicting 6.6 dark damage. The EX Version shoots 3 at a time to deal 18/20 dark damage and inflicts Umbra, casting a dark shroud that makes guards ineffective.

Copied from Scarlet Witch. Celzuli casts a Hex Mark on her opponent, inflicting Doom on her opponent, a status effect that lingers and then drops a set amount of damage onto the opponent, which can stack. Initially it deals 12 damage, and can be stacked to deal up to 30 damage max cap. When Doom drops, it'll inflict the Astral effect on her opponent. The EX version will deal 30 damage on drop but can't be stacked and inflicts Levitation as well.

Mind Zap
|
Copied from King Worm. Celzuli unleashes laser beams at a downward angle that can inflict the Makai Spell or the Heaven Spell effect onto a opponent, as well as draining 1.3 damage per 10 frames. The opponent can quickly move the control stick to break free of the transformation although this gets harder the more damage they have taken. Celzuli heals from this move although it's not too terribly effective. The EX Version is aimed straight ahead, ambiently draining 2 damage every 10 frames for 5 seconds, healing Celzuli as well. After the attack, opponents will be inflicted with either the Makai Spell or the Heaven Spell effect.

Gummy Cluster

Copied from Nerd. Celzuli kicks forward a red gummy cluster rolling forward with the control stick. It'll inflict 7 candy damage and turn the opponent into a Gobstopper. This is a ground based projectile that can be halted if attacked, although weaker attacks will only slow it's rolling speed. The EX Version has Calzuli shoot it with a bunch of nerds and other candy on top of it, inflicting 20 candy damage as she launches it through the air with heavy armor, only attacks that deal 14 damage or more will be able to deter it. It inflicts Gobstopper on hit as well.

Scum Spray

Copied from Slime Princess. Celzuli sprays out a bit of slime at a upward diagonal direction, which then falls down and sprays the ground as a slime carpet. This slime carpet slows movement and decreases jump speed when it's stepped on. The slime spray itself does 5 inital slime damage and 1-2 slime damage on loop when Celzuli continues to spray it- it also inflicts Absorber. It's an anti-air tool as well. Celzuli is not immune to the slime's sticky effects, however. The EX Version causes her to shoot out a Hadoken-style projectile of slime that inflicts Absorber and 22 slime damage, greatly reducing the opponent's speed and jump height when they're covered in slime.

Stasis Field

Copied from Kat. Celzuli creates a stasis field around her that puts projeciles in orbit around her and then releases in the direction she's facing at a high speed, dealing 1.4x more their original damage. The move can be held although it'll drain Finisher meter if held for too long. The EX Version inflicts the Shoe-Glue effect and can be held for longer, as well as dealing 1.6x more damage than the original projectiles caught in the field.

Stop & Watch

Copied from Bill Cipher. Celzuli stands still while folding her arms and can absorb attacks or opponents and does a 45 frame animation of her checking a stopwatch before releasing the opponent or attack in a reversed direction. The player can move Celzuli while the stop watch is active and it will lengthen the stopwatch's duration to up to 3 seconds (shorter depending on staleness). This allows her to set up reflected attacks at double of their original power better or to lauch opponents in a more unfortunate position. The EX Version will create a time bubble field that slows opponents while in it, and then any released attacks will also inflict Chronowrecked.

Copied from Mineta from My Hero Academia. Celzuli generates a bunch of green sticky orbs and throws them forward, attaching them to a opponent to stick to them, slowing them down. If 4 or more orbs are placed on the opponent, they'll also be inflicted with Shoe-Glue them. In the air, Celzuli can disattach more orbs at a downward angle and set up a sticky trap that will majorly slow opponents if they walk or run through it.

Baggage Vision

Copied from the Crimson Chin from Fairy Odd Parents. Celzuli looks forward and creates luggage that can be then be picked up and thrown as a projectile, dealing 7 damage and can be picked up multiple times to keep throwing it until the hinges break. Celzuli can also hold the button to capture projectiles while carrying the suitcase, filling it to deal more damage, adding the amount of damage the projectile would do to the damage total of the thrown luggage.

Head Throw

Copied from Rottytops from Shantae. Celzuli throws off her own head and then wherever her head lands, she reforms from that spot and her headless body slumps over and vanishes. The head deals 8 anima damage at opponents it's thrown at. When it's thrown at a ineligable spot, the head is magnetized back to the body with a 5 damage penalty cost to Celzuli.

Command Selection

Copied from Hero from Dragon Quest, specifically the version seen in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Celzuli chooses between a variety of four randomly-selected "Command Moves" taken from her data collection from a pop-up menu. These spells require MP to use, which builds up over time (1 MP every 30 frames). Guarding or jumping will close the menu, canceling the move and allowing Celzuli to open it again for a different set of attacks.

Copied from Quentin Trembley from Gravity Falls. Celzuli shoots a molten peanut brittle projectile which deals 9 candy damage and will crystallize into Peanut Brittle around the point of contact. If it hits a wall or non-living object, it'll create candy spikes that deal 8 damage and inflict Bleed on contact with any opponents that touch it, launching them like spikes. Costs 7 MP.

Hover Cake

Copied from Dobby from that Magical School series that a TERF wrote. Celzuli summons and rises a cake which can be controlled via the control stick, able to drop it onto opponents to deal 11 candy damage and inflict a hard stun on opponents that it falls on. The cake can also be eaten off the ground to recover 5 health per slice, of which the crushed cake will have 4-3 slices to recover off from. Costs 14 MP.

Golden Mantis

Celzuli utilizes a excavator claw from Waluigi's Gold Mantis racing vehicle to cleanly remove a chunk of stage platform; which creates artificial bottomless pits for her to dunk her opponents through, and it takes 12 seconds for removed chunks of the stage to regenerate. Additionally, the Gold Mantis excavator claw deals 12 spiking damage against a opponent. Costs 22 MP.

Smoke Fingers

Copied from Black Ox from Tetsujin 28-go. Celzuli fires smoke from her fingers, which deal Umbra to opponents and 3 ambient damage. The smoke lingers for 3 seconds afterwards after being released. When it's released on the first 57 frames, it will make a opponent flinch on impact as opposed to taking that damage ambiently, making it a good starter for combos. Costs 2 MP.

Copied from Morgana from Persona 5. Celzuli gets on all fours and performs a series of jumping slashes in a 2 by 2 character length space, inflicting 10 damage to opponents caught in the rush. Has a 5% chance of inflicting the Sleep effect. Stalls Celzuli in the air and has some moderate armor effect to the animation, meaning it can't be interrupted by weak attacks. Costs 11 MP.

Copied from George Costanza from Seinfeld. Celzuli sticks a toxic envelope stamp onto the opponent's tongue, inflicting 4 damage and a longer-lasting Wither effect. This is a command grab that has Celzuli propel about 5 character lengths towards the nearest opponent in order to inflict the condition onto the opponent. Costs 7 MP.

Copied from Jar Jar Binks from Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menance. Celzuli holds out a Booma, a blue sphere with a pink explosive charge held inside and bounces it three times across the ground before it explodes to deal 8-18 explosive anima damage, causing major knockback. The Booma can be reflected with physical attacks or explode early if it meets a weapon or projectile. Costs 10 MP.

Iron Maiden

Copied from Penance from Marvel Civil War. Celzuli damages herself for 60 damage, before releasing an agonized wave of kinetic energy lances that deals 13 damage each, inflicting piercing through guards and creating 15 of these kinetic energy lances passively in three waves that play out over 10 seconds. After Celzuli releases all the kinetic energy built up, she returns to normal. Additionally, she'll release kinetic energy when flying, dealing 11 damage when launching up into the air. It costs 30 MP.

Celzuli stomps her foot into the ground and creates a grave about her height and smash it onto nearby opponents, inflicting Buried and 7 damage. As the grave is active, Celzuli can stomp on the grave and multi-tap the button to add 1.3 earth damage to the attack. Costs 6 MP.

Copied from Big Wheel from Spider-Man. Celzuli wraps her tail around herself to form into a wheel and revs up before taking off, damaging any opponents in her path for 8-11 damage, inflicting heavy knockback and launching them. This move can be used to drive across walls and ceilings as well. Costs 7 MP.

Copied from Jet from Sonic Riders. Celzuli boosts forward with a surge of speed on a Extreme Gear, increasing her forward momentum as long as the special attack button is held while dealing 8 wind damage on contact, knocking opponents back a little bit of distance on contact so she can continue to plow through them. Costs 10 MP. If she overshoots, she'll go right over the edge.

She can reverse this to deal 32 damage, causing the opponent to spin while being launched. This is an entirely physical attack and has super armor while active, although can be blocked.
