Creeper

Creepers are nasty mobs who sneak around and then when the moment is right, explode! One of the most explosive characters on the roster, this Creeper resides in the Black Hole, unable to fully die due to some sort of magic mess. As such, they want to bring as much pain to others as existance itself is for the Creeper.

Creeper is a very simple, straight forward character with the ability to explode, dealing 15 damage to themselves but often dealing much more damage to opponents through their explosive charge and creating holes in the stage. Additionally, electrical attacks can charge them, making them even more deadly. They have three jumps to aid with their limited moveset, although the Creeper really only has one utility it does very well.

Gimmick: Shock

As opposed to normal interactions with electrical elemental attacks, Creepers become super charged by electrical attacks, skipping the need to build up Finisher Energy to get to their only Finisher, Supercharge. This allows them to explode much greater, dealing massive damage.
Moveset
Explode
Creeper explodes for 5-25 damage, dealing 15 damage to themselves. Considered a fire-elemental move, the explosion deals less damage the farther you are away from the blast zone. Additionally, it creates a hole in the stage platform. Creeper is put into a fatigued state afterwards, being grayed out and slowly returning to normal green starture over the course of six seconds. Blast holes in the stage alter the geometry for about 18 seconds before the stage repairs itself. Can be used to explode walls, ceilings, and access areas you're not normally supposed to be in, although some areas can be blast proof due to the materials they're made of.
Finishers
Supercharge Creeper gets struck by lightning, casting a blue charged aura around them. The lightning can deal 17 damage and leaves behind flame carpets that deal 6 damage and Burn on impact. When Creeper uses Explode, it deals 3x as much damage for that explosion, creating a bigger blast hole and dealing 15-75 damage depending on how close the opponent was to the blast zone. The explosion also takes on electrical elemental damage.

Your honor, my client is a pretty volatile person, but they don't meant to be. It's just a biological function. What were they doing at Ground Zero isn't anyone's concern, to be frank.
