Draculus

Draculus is a Decepticon who sleeps in his stasis pod during the day and then at night, strikes Autobots and their base to drink Energon. While other Decepticons give him the side eye and aren't quite sure of their origin, Draculus has proven to be a rather powerful ally to the Decepticons, so they keep him around despite knowing something is not right.

Draculus is a powerful striker character that has generally balanced out himself in regards to physical, projectile, and ranged attacks, while being able to drain Energon from stages and heal himself from cubes of Energon that take a while to fill but will heal him for 15 health points. Additionally, as he gains more Finisher Power, the more of the screen he'll be able to tap into- whether it's a healing/damage rain or a screen wide attack that can heal him up to 80 hit points, this Energon-hungry Transformer is a jack of all trades for the most part.

Moveset
Impaler Claw
Draculus strikes forward with a flip-out blade known as the Impaler Claw, which inflicts Bleed on impact and deals 7 damage normally and 12 damage if sweetspotted, with more knockback if sweetspotted. He moves forward while performing this move, allowing him to close space with opponents quickly. Hellfire
Draculus lifts a metal wing while shooting three fireballs, which deal 5 damage, inflicting Burn and heavy stun. These fireballs start slow but rapidly accelerate as they go across the screen, leaving a fire effect when they hit the ground. Hold down to shoot flames from the floor instead, spaced out over three character lengths to deal 9 damage and inflict heavy knockback while Burning. Fireballs can be destroyed with other attacks.
Batmode
Draculus transforms into a giant mechanical bat, flying upwards, flying more distance as the special attack button is tapped. The player can tap the button up to five times before Draculus enters a gliding state. Cancel it by doing a standard attack, guard, or grab input, which will put Draculus into a free fall state. Additionally, while in glide state, if Draculus gets hit they also fall into free fall. Energon Drain
Draculus puts down an empty Energon cube and traps the stage to drain it of resources to forge into synthetic Energon for them to use. The bigger the platform, the more Energon will be sapped. After a Energon cube is filled up and synthesized, Draculus can drink from it and heal himself for 15 hit points. It takes anywhere from 9-18 seconds for an Energon cube to be filled up and Energon Cubes have 20 health before they are destroyed by attacks. Only one Energon Cube can be actively tapping a platform at a time.
Finishers
Dark Inferno
Level 1
Draculus shoots out three magma fireballs from his metal wing, which deal 10 damage each and inflicting Burn. Unlike Hellfire, the meteors produced by this spell cannot be destroyed and they inflict far more knockback and travel much faster. Additionally, pressing the special attack button when a opponent gets hit by a Dark Inferno fireball allows Draculus to teleport behind them if timed correctly.
Energon Storm
Level 2
Draculus makes it rain Energon in a 6 character length space that has indefinite height, the field of Energon rain staying active for 8 seconds. Draculus will be healed for 1 hit point each 20 frames while opponents caught in the field will flinch and take 2 damage each 20 frames that they are inside the field of Energon rain. Draculus can knock foes in and do lots of damage to them or keep them away while attempting to heal.
Spark Steal
Level 3
Draculus has a white glowing outline around him as he states out the name of the spell "Spark Steal!", closing his wings aroung himself before unfurling to deal 8 damage to everything on screen, including traps, assists, troops, and other attack items with health, sparks then coming towards him to be consumed to heal 8 health each. This maxes out at 80 health points being drained from the screen and being used to restore Draculus.

Testimony
Saul Goodman gives a testimony for his client.
Your honor, my client, Draculus is not guilty of the charges against him. The prosecution has not presented any evidence that he has committed any crimes. The witnesses for the prosecution are all people who have been paid to testify against him. The real reason they are testifying is because they are afraid of him. They are afraid of him because he is a vampire... but you know what? Vampires are not real. They do not exist. Therefore, Dracula cannot be guilty of being a vampire. So stop the fear-mongering, quit this case, it's a complete and utter waste of time.
Torture
When Draculus is caught by Posion, Poison pushes them into a coffin and then proceeds to wrap her whip around it, slam it into the ground, and then sticks out her chest as number of magical crosses made of energy erupt from the ground and batter the coffin holding Draculus, dealing 45 damage as he gets knocked away from the activation point.
R-Action
When Ralsei encounters Draculus, he offers green wine, which is battery acid and it inflicts 11 damage as Draculus drinks it and is inflicted with Wither.
