Queen Fyora

Queen Fyora is the queen of all the Faeries in Neopia, and is the closest thing the Neopets universe has to a ultimate god being. This hasn't stopped the queen from being in situtations of peril, such as being incredibly sick or petrified into stone. She owns a shop in a invisible tower which holds powerful artifacts- which have mostly not scaled well with the current meta of the Battledome- and a couple other rare items that are sought after. Collected by the Collider, Queen Fyora looks to get her land back into Neopia, mostly unenthused by the events around her and other goddesses that she's met.

Queen Fyora, like other Neopets series characters, does elemental-specific damage. She leans into it very hard, able to negate very specific kinds of elemental damage and has a very powerful blade that can inflict wind damage. She's mainly Astral/Wind focused, but has unique interactions with light and water elements as well. Her Finishers also follow in this trend, really pushing elemental bonuses in lieu of doing damage or stage control, although some Finishers do tread into the general toolset other characters have.

Moveset
Shield of Faerieland
Fyora braces herself with a pink shield, which completely negates against wind damage and windboxes, preventing her from being pushed around. Additionally, it can negate 5 fire damage and 5 physical damage- every other element will be negated for 3 damage total. By timing with the attack button, you can reflect attacks to deal 2.3x more additional damage, although the parry reflection requires tighter and tighter timing each time. Sword of Ari
Fyora wields a sword crafted of air, dealing 15 wind damage and 2 additional physical damage- when the attack is considered "critical", it'll inflict 9 physical damage on top of the 15 wind damage. It comes out quick with a windbox occuring after the swing that will blow opponents back, but doesn't deal flinch, stun, or knockback, being considered ambient damage instead.
Cloud Racer
Fyora ascends in a Faerie Cloud Racer, which creates purple bubbles that deal 7 astra damage on contact as well as explosive knockback. She can create ten of these before the Faerie Cloud Racer runs out of fuel and crashes down harmlessly, putting her into a very restrictive freefall state. While in the Faerie Cloud Racer, she can move in four directions freely in the air at a decent clip, although she won't be able to cancel it. U-Bend of Great Justice
Fyora holds out a U-Bend which reflects and redirects water elemental attacks to deal 2x as much damage- for other attacks it'll reflect them at their normal damage output with an additional 6-9 water damage added to the attack.
Finishers

Fyora's Rod
Level 1
Fyora utilizes her magical rod to add 3 additional light damage to all her attacks, and give her passive 3 defense against light magic. This lasts for 30 seconds and can give her the slightest edge against opponents, although compared to other Finishers this one is admittedly not the flashiest. When active, Fyora's staff will change into Fyora's Rod and she will glow with a light effect when performing attacks. Additionally, any criticals she does will inflict Solar.

Fyora's Blessing
Level 2
Fyora clears any negative status inflictions off herself and her teammate and imbues herself and any teammates with a magic blessing that changes their damage output to pure Anima elemental damage, as well as increasing their damage output to 1.5x damage. This status infliction lasts 15 seconds and coats Fyora and any team mates with a purple and pink magical aura. Additionally, this temprorarily changes character color type to purple for Banana Coins, Bananas, and Dragonflowers.

Jerdana's Orb
Level 3
Fyora adds 10 additional "hero" damage to all her attacks for the next 20 seconds, while utilizing the Jerdana's Orb to magnetize opponents to it. This allows Fyora to inflict massive damage on opponents, although won't be able to knock them away while the Jerdana's Orb is active. Jerdana's Orb will be active for the next 10 seconds- if the opponent has over 200 damage accumulated at the end of the Jerdana's Orb active period, it'll seal them away to kill them instantly- other wise it'll let out a ring of fire that deals 15 fire ambient damage that even inflicts Fyora.

Insight
Queen Fyora's secret is revealed.

My client, Queen Fyora, is not guilty of the charges against her. The wraiths were already attacking before she arrived on the scene, and she was only trying to defend herself and her subjects.
