Hugo Simpson

Hugo Simpson is the evil twin that was attached to Bart when they were born. Dr. Hubert chopped the connection off and Hugo was sent to live in the attic of the Simpsons house to eat raw fishheads every week. He desires to be reconnected to his brother, and he acts rather ferally. In desire to be reconnected to Bart, he was sent through the Collider's effects alongside Homer.

Hugo is a strange fighter that utilizes things in the Simpsons attic and basement to attack, as well as a dead fish and his invention of a Pigeon-Rat. He can also use dolls of the Simpsons Family to deal three levels of varying damage and can use the Olmec Head to push past damage as well as inflict a powerful flame attack. Many of his attacks have varying approaches to them, making him somewhat unpredictable to deal with. He has a weak recovery and lacks decent projectile options.

Moveset
Fish Header
Hugo attacks with a dead fish that is mostly a skeleton. Tapping the button will deal a short attack that deals 7 damage while holding down the button will extend the range of the fish's attack by stretching the bones of the skeleton to deal 9 damage. Tapping is fairly safe for poking but holding will add additional end lag. Simpson Dolls
Hugo attacks with a giant doll of a Simpsons family member. Tilt the control stick upwards, neutral, or downwards to influence which doll Hugo uses.
  • The Lisa doll attacks with a short tuba attack that launches opponents upward for 5 damage.
  • The Marge doll attacks with erratic punches that knocks foes away for 7 damage.
  • The Homer doll attacks with wild punches that punches opponents downward for 9 damage and burying them.
Pigeon-Rat
Hugo pulls out his creation, Pigeon-Rat, to fly weakly through the air before letting go as a flying projectile. The Pigeon-Rat deals 7 damage and when it hits a opponent or projectile, it drops to the ground and crawls across it before slowly vanishing. Hugo can only use a single Pigeon-Rat at a time. The Flaming Yawn
Hugo summons the Olmec head of Xtapolapocetl to coat around him and breathe out a flame, dealing 11 damage with a flame thrower attack that also burns opponents. The olmec head of Xtapolapocetl also protects Hugo with invincibly frames during the flame attack, although the move has end lag and cannot be buffered into other moves.
Finishers
Painting Fakeout
Level 1
Hugo holds up a frame of a painting and can stun opponents with it to then punch the opponent to deal 15 damage and inflict the astral effect.
Xtapolapocetl
Level 2
Hugo summons the Olmec head of Xtapolapocetl to coat around him and fires lightning out of his eyes with the standard attack button that deal 14 damage and the shocked status effect and spears out from his mouth that inflict the poison status effect and 7 damage. He can move around with superarmor protecting him through the Olmec head. This lasts for 4 seconds.
Reconnection
Level 3
Hugo uses a thread and needle to connect his opponent to a giant rat, which makes them both slower and heavier as well as inflicting 88 damage. The rat will stay on the opponent for a maximum of 30 seconds and if a opponent is knocked down, the rat will crawl towards the nearest ledge to hop off, although this lasts as long as the usual knock down animation.

Testimony
Saul Goodman gives a testimony for his client.
I'm not going to mince words. My client, Hugo Simpson, is an innocent man. An upstanding member of this community who's been wrongfully accused of a heinous crime. The evidence against Mr. Simpson is purely circumstantial. There's no concrete evidence linking him to the murder. No eyewitnesses, no fingerprints, no DNA. The prosecution is trying to paint my client as a monster, but the truth is, he's just a regular guy who's been through a lot in his life. He's had a tough time of it, sure, but that doesn't make him a killer.
Torture
When Hugo is caught by Posion, Poison stitches him with a dog, which thrashes hard and immediately breaks the stitches, dealing 45 damage to him.
R-Action
