Mirko


Mirko, true name Rumi Usagiyama, is a Pro Hero in Japan who is not affiliated with any larger agency or for that matter, a team. She prefers to work alone and take credit alone. Her bunny-based powers allow her to perform powerful physical attacks and pick up on sounds of various bad guys that she can take down. She has a reckless attitude and she won't stop for anything until the job is done, even if it means she's not in one piece at the end of a battle. Landing in Black Hole, Mirko sets off to take down whatever evils lurk on her own.


Rumi is a physical fighter that launches her opponents with a lot of her attacks, usually requiring her to run after them and break focus, of which she can build as she hears more and more of her opponent's grunts and taunts. She has a cancel that causes her to take minor damage but allows her to cancel launches and combo into other moves to build up more damage with her opponents. Using her Level 3 Finisher, she even gets access to another moveset that's powered up significantly to let her deal more damage using the power of All for One.

Gimmick: Rabbit

Rumi has the Quirk known as Rabbit, which gives her all the abilities and physiology of a rabbit in proportion to a human. This means she has enhanced hearing, speed, jumping ability, and leg strength. This manifests in her moveset in a lot of ways as she's a close quarters combat fighter. She has a unique cancel that allows her to cancel any of her moves into each other while she takes a damage penalty, allowing her to rack up more damage before launching opponents.

Additionally, the more she "hears" of a opponent, the more readily she'll be able to dodge their attacks and speed around them. This is a passive function but as the opponent makes sound, she'll be able to lock onto them directly and a small reticle will appear over their head to show that they have become a primary target. Rumi's primary targets will whiff more often around Rumi if she's moving around or jumping and air attacks will be less effective on her as a result. However, opponents that aren't her primary target will be able to inflict more knockback on her as a result.
Moveset
Bunny Cancel
Rumi can cancel any of her attacks with a penalty damage cost of 4-5 damage and immediately use momenteum to get right into another attack. It also inflicts Bleed on her if she does it more than 3 times a stock. If this is performed while not in an attack, she'll just drop into a guard instantly without taking damage.
Normal Moveset
Luna Arc
Rumi raises her leg and delivers a powerful front-facing axe kick on to her opponent, which launches them high into the air and deals 9 physical damage. The more damage a opponent has, the further it'll launch. This attack comes out quick but if hit while performing the attack, she'll be knocked down into the Out of Body effect. Luna Ring
Rumi uses her incredible leg strength to kick multiple opponents simultaneously to deal 7-9 damage as she performs a cartwheel in the air with her legs extended. This move has air time and is immune to ground-based attacks while active. When active at full force, a neon yellow circle will appear around the cartwheel. Has light homing capabilities.
Luna Fall
Rumi leaps upward and then swings her foot downwards, inflicting 11 damage to her opponent opponent, driving her target straight into the ground beneath her feet with a mighty kick. This move can be used to recover at a high vertical angle, but it's immediate drop cannot be cancelled unless Rumi uses a Bunny Cancel. Luna Tijeras
Rumi does a spinning kick forward and mounts onto her opponent's head and grips them tightly with her legs before twisting her body, pulling with all of her superhuman leg strength to deal 14 damage to them, inflicting Bleed as she launches them softly away and knocks them down onto the ground. While a powerful command grab, the hit must be precise or will not activate. Can be used as a space closer as it quickly propels her forward with some decent armor.

Mare Frigoris
Rumi raises her leg and delivers a powerful front-facing ace kick powered by One for All, which the wind pressure of which will Freeze opponents as her leg rise and then launch opponents in a frozen state, dealing 18 twisted damage. It has windboxes that will deflect projectiles and keep opponents away from her as she performs the attack. Mare Marginis
Rumi uses her leg strength to send herself flying forward, creating windboxes that will magnetize nearby opponents into a cartwheel kick that inflicts Frost multiple times and dealing 14-18 damage on hit. it is considered airborner and is immune to ground-based attacks. When active at full force, a rainbow colored circle will appear around the cartwheeel.
Mare Crisium
Rumi leaps upward, creating windboxes that can magnetize opponents towards her as she rises, and then proceeds to kick down with a downward foot swing which inflicts Frost to anyone caught up in the rising kick and opponents get slammed down for 22 damage and are inflicted with Frozen, stuck in ice crystals. Rumi performs a spinning kick that goes upward and then downwards as a pounce, wrapping her opponent's head in her legs before performing a powerful twist that then launches the opponent high upwards at a diagonal in the air. This deals 24 damage and the sweetspot the original base move had is enlarged. Inflicts Break on impact as well. Can be used for space closing.
Finishers
Luna Rush
Level 1
Rumi rushes towards a opponent and pummels them with a series of powerful kicks, dealing 15 damage, launching the opponent on the last hit, inflicting Break on impact. Rumi can run forward for 8 character lengths before the attack is considered to have failed and she can launch this while in the air. She can Bunny Cancel this to prevent the last hit from launching the opponent, launching into any of her other attacks to deal some extra damage.
Luna Lander
Level 2
Rumi launches high into the air before doing a split, landing on both legs to deal massive impact that deals 30 damage across opponents who are hit with her legs. If she lands on a opponent between her legs, she'll wrap her legs around the opponent and perform a backwards flip and throwing her opponent far at an upward diagonal direction, dealing 37 damage instead. This Buries opponents on impact if they're hit with her powerful legs.
Luna for All
Level 3
Rumi borrows power from the main character of My Hero Academia, utilizing One for All in combination with her Rabbit Quirk. While active, all her attacks become super-powered and she gains access to a new pool of Special Attacks. All of her standard attacks deal 2x as much damage as well. This lasts for 15 damage before rainbow smoke comes out of her skin, causing her to rapidly lose power before returning to her normal moveset. All of her new Special Moves are named after the moon's Maria Features, dark areas of the moon theorized to be lakes previously due to the presence of molten rock.

Rumi becomes a Nomu, specifically designed for this game by the creator, Nyx. Nomus are a chimeraic force in the My Hero Academia universe that act as mindless fusions of multiple quirks, and Rumi famously takes down many in her proper debut.

Rumi will become even more reckless- if she's in a team battle, she'll literally leave the team and fight everyone on her own. When she takes damage, she'll have a 12.5% chance to lose a limb that will lower her speed and make some attacks whiff. This lasts much longer than other Jokerization effects, lasting for 30 seconds before she snaps back to normal and replaces her missing limbs with cybernetic replacements.
Power Drain
When Rumi is caught by Rogue, she is kissed on the lips.
Rogue gains Luna Arc as a replacement for her neutral special Photon Blast, allowing her to kick opponents high into the air. She also gains a attack bonus, boosting her attack by 1.3x for six seconds.
Talent
When The Monstars rob the talent of Rumi, they gain Luna Ring to replace their side special, Intercept. This allows them to perform a multi-hit cartwheel attack.
The active Monstar gains Mirko's hero costume and ears as a physical attribute.

When Rumi is caught by Posion, the two fight into an alleyway, where hearts bounce out from the unseen angle and the two come out, with Posion being healed 45 hitpoints as Rumi wobbles out a bit before returning to normal.

When Ralsei encounters Rumi, he offers her a carrot, in which she bites into it curiously, being doused with 2 levels of Drowsiness.
