Ned Flanders

Ned Flanders is Homer's neighborino next door, and he doesn't wanna diddly-do nothing bad to anybody! Do yo want to hear the good word of the lord? Well, hop over to me partner, and we can do it together.

Ned Flanders is another joke character with a single button moveset similar to Metool, but he doesn't deal damage with his prayers, but rather fills up his own faith to unleash seven levels of heaven through Finishers. He is unique in that he is currently the only character to feature seven different finishers, which he has to fill up through a move that keeps him incredibly vulnerable, although given that he has no attacks of any kind to speak of, it's really your only option. His grab is a hug that induces rage early as well.

Moveset
Pray
Ned Flanders gets on his knees and prays. This move fills Ned Flanders' Finisher Bar at a rate of two points per 30 frames and he gains 4 seconds of superarmor when he first gets hit. Ned Flanders has slow start up and ending animation for this move, and he cannot move while using it. It has no benefit beyond filling his Finisher meter.
Finishers
Touch of Adam
Level 1
A giant finger from the heavens appears down to touch a opponent, homing onto them to deal 15 damage. Can bury if they're on the ground during the move.
Forbidden Fruit
Level 2
A giant apple falls down from the sky and bounces around, dealing 5 damage upon contact. The apple bounces in the opposite direction when it hits a opponent and can deal up to 20 damage before it turns into apple cider and creates a puddle that slows opponents going through it.
Mighty Hand of God
Level 3
God's hand appears down on the stage, snapping it's fingers to stun opponents in the air and dealing 15 damage, before sweeping away opponents by waving it's hand to shoo away opponents. Each wave deals 10 damage and God deals up to 3 waves, gathering foes nearby together. Won't launch any foes.
Passage Stone
Level 1
The stone in front of Jesus' tomb rolls across the stage, hopping up when Ned Flanders jumps. As such, Ned has limited control of it and can use it as a very effective anti-air option as it'll deal 40 damage. It's incredibly quick and rolls off ledges.
Son of God
Level 2
Jesus himself appears as a ally for Ned Flanders, attacking with his own set of moves such as turning projectiles into wine (which creates puddles that makes foes dizzy), throwing a stone projectile, and attacking with a radiant flash of light that deals 20 damage. Jesus is active for 5 seconds before leaving on top of a cross, riding it as a skateboard.
Stomp of God
Level 3
God stomps it's foot onto the stage, squishing foes and dealing 60 damage to those he squishes. Covers a wide area and appears a single character length behind Ned Flanders.
God, Smite Thee!
Level 3
God strikes up to three foes with his thunder, dealing 70 damage and shocking opponents of Ned Flanders. Won't deal knockback unless Ned touches them before the shocked duration wears off.

Dude is hung.

Testimony

Your honor, does my client not have right to practice his religion? His children are happy, he's always been considered a great member of the community- this suit is clearly about him praticing a pretty common religion and nothing else. Throw it out.
Torture
When Ned Flanders is caught by Posion, Poison traps him into a confession booth, which he proceeds to confess all of his sins through, becoming depressed immediately afterwards and being dealt 45 damage from his own guilt.
