きりゅういん らぎょうRagyo Kiryuin
Ragyo Kiryuin is a manic woman who wants to enslave all of the galaxy with aliens known as Life Fibers, having transformed herself into a being of one and created (and subjected) her daughters to experiments to enfuse them with the aliens as well. While she was defeated and her backup plans failed thanks to the efforts of Ryuko, Satsuki, and all of their allies along the way, Ragyo reformed in the Black Hole seemingly through the efforts of a higher power who she was already in discussion with well before her death. Her original goal remains.
Ragyo utilizes Life Fibers to entrap her opponents in multihit attacks that she can custom chain her own combos into using her Absolute Domination system. These Life Fibers can also act as projectile killers and generally she has excellent stage control. She has a slow walkspeed however, and she generally has to commit to her attacks in a way a lot of other characters just don't. Additionally, her Finishers can be killer but also are subject to a simple rock-paper-scissors game to get the most out of them.
 Ragyo's gimmick is Absolute Domination, which allows her to chain her Fiber: attacks together when she catches opponents in the webbing of the fibers. Since a lot of her Fiber attacks are multi hit, this in essence allows her to basically create her own custom combos out of the inputs utilized in the Fiber attacks for as long as the opponent is caught in them. Additionally, she has perfect immunity to other Life Fiber users (such as mirror matches) when guarding- even their Finishers won't be able to harm Ragyo. |

Ragyo creates a wall of Life Fibers in front of her which deletes projectiles that hit it and if a opponent is caught up in the Life Fibers, Ragyo can teleport to them to begin a string of hits known as Disciplinary Strikes, with two of them being basic punches (3 damage on hit with stun), one being a uppercut (6 damage) and then teleports above the opponent to spike them into the ground to deal 7 damage, doing a total of 19 damage total. Additionally, she can combo this into any of her other Fiber attacks if she does the other motions instead when she captures a opponent in Life Fibers. | Fiber: Vertical Section

Ragyo throws down multiple pillars of Life Fibers ahead of her, which can catch opponents. When Raygo is near these pillars when they have caught a opponent, the player can tap the button up to 5 times to deliver 20 damage to the opponent caught in the web, with each additional spike of the Life Fiber pillars dealing 4 damage. These pillars also delete projectiles, which keeps Ragyo safe from projectile users. Additionally, she can combo this into any of her other Fiber attacks if she does the other motions instead when she captures a opponent in Life Fibers. |

Raygo creates a burst of energy in front of her chest which she can then channel into Authoritarian Actions by either hitting up, side, or down on the control stick. Pressing up will create a pillar that is 9 character lengths high, inflicting 11 damage and spiking opponents upward. Pressing side will create a beam that inflicts 13 damage across a horizontal hitbox that goes to the edge of the screen and comes out quick but doesn't linger longer than 50 frames. Finally, pressing down will cause Ragyo to freeze a nearby opponent in time and deal damage with four traveling pillars which deal a total of 14 damage in a chain. Ragyo throws out a wall of Life Fibers, which can entangle around a opponent if spaced properly (about 5 character lengths away). If she presses the down input again, she'll crush them with a downward swing attack that causes a rainbow explosion, causing 17 damage with 8 splash damage done to other nearby opponents. She can then launch the player up with Life Fibers and send them flying back with a slingshot motion, dealing lots of knockback with no additional damage. Additionally, she can combo this into any of her other Fiber attacks if she does the other motions instead when she captures a opponent in Life Fibers. |

 Ragyo captures her opponent in Life Fibers, holding them in place as a stand-off for Valor occurs. You and your captured opponent will get into a Speech Counter, picking either a Mock, Taunt, or Provoke option by tilting the control stick up, to the right or left, or down.
If you win over the opponent, you deal 25 damage with a different attack, dealing varying levels of knockback distance away from Ragyo, so you may prefer to keep your opponent closer or further in some situtations which may play a part of the mindgame with your opponent.

Ragyo eleports fullscreen to the opponent regardless of distance and punches them and then fires a laser off at them, dealing 30 damage as they are shown getting blasted to space, falling down to the stage in the Astral state on landing. |
| BE STILL, BEATING HEART Level 3 |
Raygo teleports into the front of her opponent and kicks a heel into their body as she uses her hand to pull out their heart, dealing 45 damage as she proceeds to inflict Bleed on them by crushing their heart in front of them. The opponent will be knocked back hard, falling into a knockdown state. Additionally, if you wager using the special attack button, you and the opponent can be locked into a Speech Counter, picking either a Mock, Taunt, or Provoke option by tilting the control stick up, to the right or left, or down. Unlike Life Fiber Wire Attack, the rock paper scissors duel here determines if the opponent gets to survive or if Ragyo outright takes their stock by crushing their heart in her palm. |
