Rosalina

Rosalina hails from a universe where Mario and Luigi never entered the Mushroom Kingdom and Princess Peach and Bowser have a friendly but completely corporate relationship through trade with their kingdoms. Rosalina herself is mostly a star-gazer who cares for the Lumas and seldom gets involved with affairs unless they are of the cosmic scale.

Rosalina is a fighter with multiple movement options and a projectile option, able to recover easily and utilize a homing projectile to stun opponents for follow-ups using her standard moves. She can also pull opponents towards her to unleash a move shortly after, making her area around her somewhat dangerous. She doesn't have a ton of consistent options and requires close range, which her set does help with her deal with, but opponents far away that can chip at her are effective against her.

Moveset
Star Bit
Rosalina waves her wand upwards to spray a collection of Star Bits that deal 8-11 damage which disappear at a close range. Charging the move allows Rosalina to lock onto a nearby opponent and fire with a Star Bit that deals 7 damage and stuns the opponent. Pull Star
Rosalina summons a Pull Star, which allows the player to pull back on the control stick and then launch Rosalina for 8-11 damage on contact with other foes as she spins around gracefully. She can cancel with an attack and drop straight down.
Launch Star
Rosalina summons a Launch Star, which launches her straight through the air and allows her to recover a lot of air both vertically and horizontally, but won't deal damage to opponents. Can pull opponents nearby when activated. Gravitate
Rosalina waves her wand and attracts items and characters towards her and then follow up with any attack she desires via a very short buffer. It's a powerful move but also has a element of risk as opponents can prepare for an attack a couple frames before Rosalina unleashes her buffered attack.
Finishers
Mini Black Hole
Level 1
Rosalina creates a small black hole that sucks in foes and deals 15 damage when they get caught in the center. Rosalina is able to attack them while they're sucked in for 1.4 seconds, although they can still attack.
Gravity Panel
Level 2
Rosalina waves her wand and erects a gravity panel that flips the direction of her opponents to hang them upside down, launching them high into the sky while dealing 30 damage. Works in a medium range nearby opponents.
Galaxy Reactor
Level 3
Rosalina generates a ball of fire and feeds stars into it, making it more massive until it explodes and creates new stars in the sky of the stage. The explosion deals 50 damage to anyone in the air. The new stars actually persist during the rest of the match, being a new background detail.
